On the recommendation of the Mizoram Public Service Commission vide letter No.162/A/96-MPSC : Dt.21.3.17 and in the interest of public service, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to promote Pu Lalhmangaiha, Deputy Director, Fisheries Department to the Post of Joint Director of Fisheries Department.
