For online communication with our department/online help, the folowing methods can be used:
Online Chat
This is the fastest mode of communication between the citizen and this department. When you open this department's website (this site), you can see Chat Interface which is located in the bottom right corner of the screen. Click inside the red-colored box and fill the required fields and then our operator will respond to your query instantly. Please remember that the message on the box will read 'we are online' to indicate that we are ready and online to respond to you, otherwise we may not give instant reply to your query. Remember also that even when we are offline indicating we are not available for instant chat, you still can send us your message by e-mail.
By Phone/Fax
You can also communicate with us by Phone and by Fax, the page showing Phone numbers can be accessed by clicking the link in the left panel of this window, click 'Contact Us' under 'GRIEVANCE/FEEDBACK'
